Americans spend the most time working as compared to our counterparts in the world’s largest economies (CNN Money July 9, 2015).
The Gallup organization’s 2015 study revealed that the percentage of U.S. workers considered “engaged” in their jobs averaged 32%. The majority (50.8%) of employees were “not engaged” while another 17.2% were “actively disengaged. These levels of engagement have remained flat since 2000.
Life fulfillment depends largely on one enjoying their chosen work.
